Wine Fusion Rivaluce is a guided tasting of three glasses of Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, each accompanied by a tasting of fish sourced from aquaculture on the Sile River. Artisan crackers complete the journey.
During the experience, the characteristics of the wines and the reasons for the pairings are explained, to observe how aromas, flavors, and textures change from one glass to another.
Upon request, vegetarian and vegan options are available to communicate at the time of booking. The visit to the winery and the walk in the vineyard are not included.
