A working group led by the Municipality of Rovigo, the lead partner of the project, in partnership with the Municipalities of Adria and Villadose, which operates in synergy for the establishment, management, and animation of innovation spaces, capable of connecting and achieving a continuous flow of exchange between the public and private sectors.
The InnovationLab and the network of P3@-Digital Gyms, located in the districts of the Municipality of Rovigo and in the Municipalities of Adria and Villadose, aim to create a fusion of past and present and promote a true intersection point between citizens, businesses, and public administration, in a perpetual exchange, with a continuous flow of skills and professionalism to innovatively enhance the digital education of the community and keep pace with the times.

Urban Digital Center - InnovationLab hosts a rich calendar of free initiatives open to all, with the following types of activities:
● events dedicated to the culture of Open Data and the digital transformation of businesses and public administration, by virtue of the qualification as the Digital Agenda Embassy of the Veneto Region
● informative meetings of a divulgative nature organized in thematic cycles of design and planning on the visual representation of data, storytelling, and the development of digital solutions based on open data datasets
● laboratory workshops or “work-lab” to grow awareness in the social fabric of the city about the potential related to the use of digital technologies from different perspectives, with particular attention to self-made, the world of social media, and, therefore, new communication techniques.
● seminars, opportunities for discussion between expert speakers and the audience, aimed at creating a space for common discussion and reflection, targeted at both professionals and a non-expert audience on the topics of data, digital transformation, change management, and sustainable development of cities and territories.
● hackathons, competitive events aimed at involving different target groups with the common goal of developing innovative solutions for public administration and businesses. The project hackathons involve numerous users and experts from various sectors who will participate in a preparation contest and a whole day of solution development at the Urban Digital Center - InnovationLab, which will be subject to evaluation and awarding by a jury of experts.
