Passo Ombretta

Between Mount Marmolada and Mount Ombretta, there is the onononymous Pass. It is a classical finish line of a lot of excursion both from Pettorina and Fassa Valleys. At the feet of the famous south face of Marmolada, the Ombretta Pass is a good point of transit for the climbers and mountaineers who ascent the lots of climbing routes of the Queen of the Dolomites. It is also a good finish line to reach for the trekkers. Not far from this Pass there is Dal Bianco bivouac, where the climbers can have a rest or stay for the night.
