Andrea Palladio built this spectacular villa around 1550 as a cultured country retreat and a working farm. Now part of the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Palladian Villas of the Veneto it is the only Palladian villa you can have to yourselves for a short break. It represents the archetypal of Palladio’s designs: a strictly symmetrical plan with grand portico and generously proportioned rooms. It is located south of Vicenza, in that plain that extends between the Euganean Hills and the Berici Hills, in the middle of a fertile and generous countryside sprinkled with other Palladio villas. Just like at the time of Biagio Saraceno from here you can easily reach the cities with their busy pace or stay in the quietness of the villa. Venice is about an hour drive, Vicenza and Padua less than an hour: three cities where you can explore and discover jewels of history, art and architecture and also modern vibes.
The property is rented for a minimum of 3 nights (Fri-Mon) or 4 nights (Mon-Fri). It is equipped with bath and bed linen, there are no services like breakfast or cleaning during the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, washing machine). Six bathrooms in total.
