The Museum is a broad complex, set in the greenery of Villa Fogazzaro and its vast park (a sort of terrestrial Eden) and stands as a culmination of more than 250 years of craftsmanship by the Colbachini Foundry, established in 1745 and awarded the title of Papal Foundry in 1898.
It hosts more than 200 specimens that adorned churches, temples, and palaces not only in Italy but also in France, Germany, China, India, Burma, and Thailand.
