At Padua, in one of the most picturesque and historically rich views, between Prato della Valle, the Basilica of S. Antonio, and the oldest Botanical Garden in the world, the Trattoria al Bersagliere was born in 1934.
Today L’Officina Ristorante, its founder Marco Martinucci, and an experienced and passionate staff, come here to keep this place alive.
Thus was born L’Officina al Bersagliere, a modern Trattoria, a cuisine based on the flavors of the Venetian and Italian tradition.
Inside its small and welcoming dining room or in the suggestive stallage you can taste both our traditional specialties, such as cod, sardines in saor, or Venetian style liver, and the classics of L’Officina like roasted octopus, spaghetti with sea urchins, fried
fish, and vegetables, and last but not least, the unmistakable zuppa Inglese.
The menu is designed according to the seasons to offer the best products on the market at any time of the year.
