Experience
The experience is a thorough knowledge journey of the world of Valdobbiadene Gemin and the Pioniere in particular.
From the winery, you depart with a member of the Gemin family in a 4x4 off-road vehicle towards a very special vineyard located on one of the most beautiful and lush banks of Valdobbiadene: the Santo Stefano bank.
Along the way, there is a stop at a small wine producer and supplier to learn about and taste the prosecco col fondo, that is, with the yeasts, a traditional wine to be tasted exclusively in Valdobbiadene.
Then you climb in the car up to the top of the bank to learn the secrets of the terroir and the cultivation of vines on these steep slopes, exposed to the sun for most of the day, which generate a unique product such as the Pioniere.
Here, you can taste it among the rows to fully understand the deep bond between territory and wine, paired with a tasting of local cured meats. Then, you return to the winery to discover the production processes of Valdobbiadene, from the reception of the grapes to the final bottle.
Last but not least, a tasting, always accompanied by a family member, of the 3 main wines produced by the company. This experience aims to make you perceive the passion with which we produce these unmatched sparkling wines and the emotion we wish to convey when you taste them.
Guide
A family member accompanies visitors on this wonderful experience reserved for them. In particular, you can request the accompaniment during the experience of the winemaker and vineyard expert, who has lived the company since childhood, breathing the scent of the vineyards every day.
After the academic journey that led him to become a winemaker, he has visited and learned the secrets of various European and American wineries. Now he is fully dedicated to the family wine production.

At the Santo Stefano bank, the following is tasted:
- The Pioniere, a Rive di Santo Stefano Extra Brut paired with a tasting of local cured meats
At the end of the visit, a seated tasting of 3 types of wines:
- Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore di Cartizze GEMIN
- Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut GEMIN
- Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry GEMIN
