During the tour, you will discover every stage of the production process: from harvesting olives in our educational olive grove, to pressing in the two stone-mill olive presses, and finally to bottling. The tour concludes with a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil and local specialty products, offering a complete sensory experience.
The most enchanting time to visit the mill is from late October to Christmas, when you can witness the olive processing firsthand. During the rest of the year, we provide a comprehensive company video that showcases all the extraction techniques.
