For three generations, the company has cultivated and worked the vineyards, but only since 2006 has it begun to vinify its own grapes.
The winery is located in Valle d’Illasi, embraced by the beautiful hills adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and cherry trees. A territory characterized by history, art, culture, and gastronomy. The particular microclimate of Valle d’Illasi has allowed the vineyard to find ideal conditions to take root and the development of the appassimento technique for producing Amarone and Recioto wines. In this wonderful landscape, the vineyards are located from which the wines of the Soave and Valpolicella areas denominations are produced.
The wines are produced with spontaneous fermentations, without the use of enological additives. In the winery, winemaking practices are kept to a minimum to preserve the integrity and vitality of the grapes and the territory. Thus, starting from 2020, the farm is certified organic.
The company also offers tastings that begin with a visit to the vineyards in front of the winery, continuing with the vinification room, the barrel aging room, the drying room, and finally the tasting room.
