At the time of booking, credit card details are requested as a guarantee (we will reserve the possibility to verify their validity) or a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the holiday to be paid by bank transfer to the coordinates that we will provide at the time of confirmation .

You will be able to cancel your reservation without penalty if your credit card details are left up to 2.00 pm on the third day prior to the arrival date, upon notice by fax or e-mail; in the event that a deposit is paid, we will offer you the possibility of recovering the deposit paid by taking advantage of a stay even of a shorter duration, to be consumed by the end of the current year. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
