The weekly market of Chioggia, known in the local dialect as “el zioba”, is among the largest and most vibrant in all of Veneto.

The market route starts from Campo Marconi, in the southern part of the city, and winds along Corso del Popolo, traversing the entire city center until it reaches Piazzetta Vigo, providing visitors with an immersion in Chioggia's daily life.
The stalls present are numerous and varied: you can find clothing stands for all ages, accessories, shoes, linens, household articles and leisure items, typical gastronomic products, fresh fruits and vegetables, plants, flowers, seasonal vegetables, haberdashery, and sports goods.
The Thursday market is a fixed appointment not only for residents but also for many tourists, attracted by the variety of merchandise and the authentic atmosphere that only Chioggia can offer.
