The church of Sant'Andrea has the Baroque facade which resulted from serious reconstruction work undertaken in the first half of the 18th century on the foundations of a pre-existing basilica with three naves; the original plan was closely followed.
- To the left in the Baptistery: the marble altarpiece that was once, before the 18th century reconstruction, part of the high altar; it dates from the 16th century and is of uncertain attribution. Tradition assigns it to Sansovino, but other sources think it is from the Lombardo workshop or that it is by Lorenzo Bregno.
- Above the forst altar is the masterpiece of Sant'Anna by Antonio Marinetti (second half of the 18th century).
- The frescoes in the apse, the dome, the transept, and the Santissimo chapel, painted in 1912, as well as those on the ceiling of the central nave painted in 1927, are by the Venetian artist Giuseppe Cherubini.
-Above the final altar is an altarpiece with i Santi Vito, Modesto Marco Crescenzia and Giuliana by Palma the Younger (1585), commisioned by the city's Great Council in remembrance of the partecipation of citizen from Chioggia in an action taken to liberate it from Venice, known as the Bajamonte Tiepolo conspiracy.
