Located in one of the highest and sunniest areas of Tonezza del Cimone, at the foot of Monte Spitz, the B&B Da Manu welcomes you for relaxing and rejuvenating summer vacations, even if only for a few days.
The surrounding mountains, still untouched and unspoiled, offer the chance to enjoy silence in nature, relax, and take advantage of what each season abundantly provides: the fruits of the underbrush, hiking, mountain biking, or snowshoeing, reminders and testimonies of the Great War (Military Memorial of Monte Cimone, Fort Campomolon, Austro-Hungarian Cemetery), historical museums, opportunities for rock climbing (Climbing Gym), and for skiing enthusiasts, there are nearby ski areas in Folgaria and Fiorentini, as well as sports fishing in the nearby Val Posina.
In the various excellent restaurants and refuges in the area, you can taste typical dishes made with potatoes (gnocchi and patona), mushrooms, mountain herbs, etc. (the Tonezza and Alto Astico natural potato festival takes place every Sunday in the autumn period).
In a short time from Tonezza, you can reach tourist attractions such as: Marostica, Asolo, Folgaria, Lavarone, Asiago, Luserna, and art cities like Vicenza, Padua, Venice, and Verona.
The B&B consists of 3 rooms:
- BINTELE (Place of the Wind) consists of 1 double bed, private bathroom, with the possibility of adding a single bed.
- PERGHELE (Little Mountain) consists of 1 double bed, private bathroom. Possible use of a kitchenette upon request.
- TELELE (Little Valley) consists of 1 double bed and a bunk bed with a private bathroom.
The names given to the rooms are of Cimbra origin to emphasize the fact that Tonezza has been strongly influenced by this people, evident in the names of many localities in the area (Cherle, Spitz, Tenele, Lustre, Cocconecche...).
Tourist accommodation open from June 1st to September 30th.
