A historic hotel in Arsiero, in fact the name "Italia Risorta" was given during the reconstruction following the First World War. Located at the convergence of the Astico Valley and the Posina Valley, it is a strategic point to embark on various excursions, including the Road of the 52 Tunnels of Pasubio, the Fogazzaro Road, the Asiago Plateau, and that of the Florentines.
Italia Risorta is a family-run hotel, in fact the Cervo Family has been managing the establishment for 40 years. The hotel features an excellent restaurant that offers traditional dishes, game, homemade potato gnocchi, as well as various cured meats and polenta flour.
Various local ingredients are used, and the menu is available in both à la carte and tourist menu versions.
