The Church of Saints Martin and George was probably erected by the Counts Velo in the area of their castle, within which they placed the family tomb.
In 1775, the church was rebuilt with five altars and consecrated in 1812, it was destroyed during World War I and then reconstructed in 1919.
Inside, there is an altarpiece by Francesco Verla and another by Costantino Pasqualotto, a friend of Andrea Palladio.
The first bell tower, built in the 1700s, was one of the tallest in the Vicenza area; it was later reconstructed between 1922 and 1925.
