Church founded perhaps from the expansion of a late 16th-century votive capital.
It became a parish seat in 1634, detaching from the parish of Sant’ Ulderico.
In neoclassical style, it was built between 1766 and 1769.
The nave is decorated with evangelical scenes by Vittorio Pupin, while the choir retains the decorations of Giacomo Ciesa from 1790.
