The route towards Monte Cimone starts in the area of the sports facilities in Tonezza, at an altitude of 970 meters. It continues along Via del Partigiano E. Canale until Contrà Tezza and Lain.
Arrival at Cimone
Continuing on the road to Lasse you reach a forest marked in the locality of Busa Grande. If you traverse the interior of the forest, there are several paths that intertwine but are advisable to take only on foot (path 27 for the Valley of the Bear, 5 for the locality of Boscati, 6 for the Crosati trail). By following the Monte Cimone road you reach the end of the outbound route at Piazzale degli Alpini, at an altitude of 1200 meters which, according to the guide of the trails, can also be reached on foot via path number 5.
Return via the locality of Boscati
To return from Piazzale degli Alpini, descend along the Monte Cimone road, reach locality Boscati until you reach Contrà Tezza and finally arrive at the area of the sports facilities.
