Every week we offer four new pizzas with seasonal and delicious ingredients, such as deer salami, Apulian burrata, dandelion, and pecorino cream. In addition to the classic dough, we also offer spelt and buckwheat options. The pizza will be softer but with a crispy crust at the same time. We also prepare tasty bruschetta and fresh salads.
As for our cuisine, some of our typical dishes include green gnocchi with cream, speck, and tomato, stew with vegetables and Asiago cheese, bigoli with duck, canederli, Tosella with butter, rosemary steak, goulash, deer in salmi, and much more.
