Another noteworthy feature of the villa is the barchessa; this was built in the second half of the twentieth century; as well as being an aesthetically pleasing structure of Palladian inspiration, it also served a very pratical function on the agricultural estate. Within the villa itself, as in many others built in the Veneto at the same period, the space is laid out around a wide central reception room, off which lead a number of side rooms.
The large garden, laid out in the Romantic style, is now a public park that serves the centre of the town.
As well as housing the Town Library, Villa Campello also provides premises for a number of local associations.
