The Ca' Dolfin-Marchiori Park is located in the heart of the historic area of Lendinara and enhances not only the city but also the entire province of Rovigo with its monumental presence and landscape style. The attention of many passersby is often directed towards that lush and green patch that is largely concealed by tall walls. However, thanks to some openings present in the large gates, it is possible to sneak a peek and capture unprecedented and exciting images of the private garden.
It is an eclectic garden that evokes different styles and cultures (English, Asian, Turkish, classical, and Gothic) aimed at arousing surprise and creating in the visitor feelings of curiosity and inner exploration. The continuous succession of unexpected environments was meant to astonish the guests who once visited it aboard small boats along the winding watercourse that runs throughout the garden.
Assisted by the tranquility of the places, in this psychological and emotional excavation, the viewer finds themselves surrounded by well-matched colors that vary throughout the day and the months, making the environments always strikingly different.
The garden is open to visitors according to a predefined schedule of Sunday visits from April to October and for groups also by reservation, by contacting the IAT Office of Lendinara.
