The church of S.Anna stands in a charming little square and was built in 1433, at the behest of Anna Bollato Falconetti. In the 16th and 17th centuries, there was a convent of Benedictine nuns. In 1799 it was occupied by the Russians who celebrated Orthodox rites there. After a period of abandonment, it was restored in the mid-1800s at the request of Don Gaetano Baccari. The exposed brick facade, as well as the square, were created in 1933. Here the first public school of Lendinara was established.
