Villa Davì Guzzon ora Zanobbi
Via Campagna Vecchia , Fratta Polesine - 45025
The complex consists of three buildings arranged in a line: the manor house, the small chapel, and the barn. Separately, there is a small rustic structure with neo-Gothic features. The manor building is slightly set back from the road, with its main facade facing the street; at the back, there is a small park, which includes statues and a well, surrounded by a moat that on the east side marks the boundary with Villa Oroboni. Although its origins in the 17th century are plausible, the building appears to have undergone modifications during the 19th century. In the Veneto cadastre of 1775 and in the Austrian cadastre of 1852, the complex is listed as the property of Domenico Vincenzo Davì and his brothers. Currently, the villa is privately owned by the Guzzon Zanobbi family.
