Surrounded by a wall, it covers an area of about 15,000 square meters: inside, there is a rich variety of tree species, two ice houses, and a subterranean channel from the Scortico that flows into a pond, making it one of the most interesting parks in the province of Rovigo.
The building is separated from the road by an imposing enclosing wall characterized by a grating and a wrought iron gate likely made in the 1900s.
The villa, originally owned by the Counts Labia and, in 1775, by Anzolo Maria Labia, has been municipal property since 1972 and is now used as the headquarters of the “A. Palladio” State Middle School.
