A path through the historic environments, the vineyard, and the cellars of the Castello di Roncade, to learn together about the history of the residence and its wine-making tradition.
The visit starts from the Chiesetta di Sant’Anna, the private chapel of the Ciani Bassetti family, and continues into the centuries-old garden, where the guide also shares the secrets of the ancient clock. Then, we enter the main hall of Villa Giustinian and reach the vineyard.
The journey continues in the 16th-century cellars, amidst the aromas of wine and the oak barrels used for aging. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of six wines chosen to represent the production of the Castle, accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
