Cycling along the Girasile bike path from Quarto d’Altino towards Portegrandi, one arrives at the small oasis where the embrace with the Sile River has given rise to lush spontaneous vegetation, covering the shores of the small lake in green and transforming it into a small but important typical environment where small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds that have now disappeared from the surrounding areas live and reproduce in complete protection.
