A journey through architecture, history, and wine to discover the environments of Villa Giustinian and the wine-growing tradition of the Castle of Roncade.
The visit begins in the centenary garden, where the guide recounts the history of the residence and the secrets of its ancient clock. The path continues in the main hall of the Villa and in the vineyard, relating the historical spaces to the agricultural activity that still characterizes the complex today.
Then, we enter the 16th-century cellars, among the spaces dedicated to aging and the oak barrels. Here, aromas, materials, and stories help to understand the work that accompanies the wine before it reaches the glass.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of five wines selected to represent the production of the Castle, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses.
