Duration: 2 hours
At 10:30 in the morning, participants will meet the guide and begin the tour of both the famous art gallery, inside the birth house of Canova and the Gypsotheca, with its original plasters. THE MUSEUM OF ANTONIO CANOVA is the real image of his art and life. Inside, his memory has been preserved by the will of his brother Giovanni Battista Sartori. In Possagno Canova’s culture can be learnt. It contains his past and future, tradition and innovation.

The itinerary will be designed to discover Antonio Canova’s life and the stories about his Gypsotheca in Possagno. All members of the family will be involved in a magical itinerary among statues and stories inside the extraordinary white Gypsotheca in Possagno. A guided visit? Not only that, afterwards, the educational workshop inside the Museum will make everyone creative!
