Abele Adami, when in the 1920s he tasted the grapes from the Giardino Vineyard in Colbertaldo, had no doubts. It was balanced, rich, and different. Hence the decision to purchase it and the revolutionary idea to separate these grapes from all the others, effectively bottling the first real Prosecco from a single vineyard.
The Giardino Vineyard is still, after four generations, our flagship and a symbol of quality.
Today we produce 7 different types of sparkling Prosecco, always inspired by the same philosophy: it is from differences that value is created. We vinify the grapes from each vineyard individually to bring out the particular identity of the wine that derives from the hill where it is born and grows.
In this family setting, we invite you to our winery to taste our wines with their unmistakable Dry flavor, accompanied by cheeses and cured meats from local small producers. You will also have the chance to walk among the rows of the historic Giardino Vineyard or see what happens behind the scenes, in the winemaking, sparkling wine production, and packaging areas.
