Monumento memoria storica della Val Leogra

At the beginning of the last century, the widespread use of electricity instead of hydraulic/mechanical energy for the operation of machines in factories began. In remembrance of that extremely important technological innovation and in memory of all the workers who contributed to the economic development of the area at the Torre Factory, the Municipal Administration has placed this monument to the “Historical Memory of Work in Val Leogra” in the renovated Aldo Moro square.
This creation was made possible through the donation of Eusebio Energia and the crucial commitment of the Volunteer Group former Andritz Hydro of the Ex Alumni Association ITIS De Pretto of Schio.
