The SUP is practiced standing up on a board similar to that used for surfing but larger, "paddling" with a paddle.
Besides being fun, practicing SUP is good for our bodies. In fact, training while balancing on a board has many benefits, including improving balance, toning muscles, enhancing coordination and agility, and finally relaxing by freeing the mind.
