The evening begins in the rustic annex of the Museum, with an aperitif featuring dishes and products linked to the lands of Antonio Canova, accompanied by a glass of wine. A first convivial moment that introduces visitors to the territory where the artist was born and raised.
The guide then takes the group to the Birthplace of Antonio Canova, filled with paintings, drawings, work tools, and objects that help reconstruct his life, education, and way of working.
When entering the Gypsotheca, the visit changes pace. The original plaster models emerge from the shadows into the light of the lanterns, creating an intimate atmosphere that evokes Canova's Roman studio, where the sculptor continued to mold and perfect his works even after sunset.
