VILLA MABAPA

A Villa characteristic of the 30’s forms the main body of the hotel, which is completed with a second modern villa - Villa Morea - connected by a covered walkway and a spacious shady garden. The complex is situated in a quiet and panoramic location on the lagoon, in front of St. Mark’s Basin, just 10 minutes by boat from Piazza S. Marco and 300 m from the beach. Easy to reach by car on the ferry boat (line number 17) and it also has its own jetty for mooring boats or taxi water.

COMFORT
The common rooms are tastefully furnished with antique furniture and decorations of the 30’s, giving a feeling of a home: the 60 rooms, divided between the two villas, are all equipped with private bathroom, color TV, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi.
SERVICES
Meal particularly cared  with a preference for fish, vegetables and local dishes. Panoramic summer terrace for dinners by candlelight, bar, meeting, banquet facilities for up to 150 people-service, outside catering for luncheons, galà. The room rates includes a buffet breakfast; board meals are served “à la carte”.
Parking area is available. Only small size pets are allowed.
ACTIVITIES
In the island, at a short distance, there are tennis courts, swimming pools, horse riding school, golf 18 holes, beach, casino, archery. Room rates include beach and use of bicycles facilities that the hotel offers upon availability to customers.
