Museo del Cenedese

Inaugurated in 1938, the Cenedese Museum houses an archaeological section with finds from the Neolithic to the Lombard age, as well as an art collection that preserves some valuable works including: the papier-mâché relief Madonna with Child, a masterpiece by Jacopo Sansovino, some paintings by Francesco da Milano (1497-1543), The Water Seller by Vincenzo Gemito (1852-1929), the works of Pietro Paietta (1845-1911), the sculpture Amplexus in aere by Guido Giusti (1853-1935), and the contemporary art collection The Image of the Resistance.
