Entering Silvestri Street, one encounters this building, a rare testimony of private construction from the mid-fifteenth century, primarily linked to the Ferrarese style. The palace was for centuries the residence of the notable Silvestri family, as revealed by the marble coat of arms placed at the top of the entrance door. After undergoing several modifications over the centuries, it now presents itself as a stone structure, extremely simple in its design and form, characterized by paired windows at the extreme ends of the rooms.
