Since 2005, when the Municipality of Rovigo transferred its Special Multi-service Company (ASP) to ASM, the company established the "Municipal Pharmacies" service that manages a pharmaceutical dispensary in Borsea and 4 pharmacies: two in the city, one in Boara Polesine, and one in Sant'Apollinare.
The Municipal Pharmacies play an important social role as territorial facilities and as reference points for the community. Aware of the changing needs and necessities, they have been able to expand and adapt their offerings, not only in terms of products, but also by increasingly focusing on prevention activities and education for healthy lifestyles.
