The Coffele Agricultural Company currently boasts a vineyard of 27 hectares in a single block, predominantly planted with Garganega, but also with Trebbiano di Soave, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon, in addition to the more recent Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. For a few years, a new project has also started in Valpolicella, specifically in the locality of Campiano, a small hamlet of Cazzano di Tramigna, from which they obtain a “vintage” Valpolicella and, in very small quantities, an Amarone della Valpolicella.
Coffele is the first producer in the Soave Doc Classico area to officially include the designation “organic” and the Euroleaf – the European logo that distinguishes organic products according to regulations (Reg. EC No. 834/2007, 889/2008, and 203/2012).
The Coffele Family therefore awaits you in the historic center of Soave, behind the ancient portal that houses the winery: a place that evokes ancient traditions, ideal for savoring timeless aromas; but also in Castelcerino, where the Coffele Estate is located, an ideal place to spend a few hours immersed in nature and its wonders.
