Built in the 13th century, it is located between Via Adolfo Mattielli and Corte Pittora.
The ground floor is characterized by powerful vaulted structures with a Romanesque flavor. In addition to the beauty and simplicity of the façade, it is particularly important for the spacious underground cellars, restored in the 1990s, which contain a tunnel; a legend reveals it to be the access to a passage that leads directly to the castle.
It is currently the Castle's Wine Cellar.
