It is a project that was born a few years ago from a passion for cooking and a curiosity to discover new tastes, new trends, and different philosophies of approaching the culinary world.

Anna Laura and Luciana, therefore, conduct Haccp and agritourism courses and earn their diploma; courses that provide them with interesting insights for an approach to cooking linked to nature “...from farm to table”
The idea is to carry forward a cuisine linked to seasonality and the peculiarities of the products that come from their own farm, aiming for combinations of modern tastes with those of tradition, with vibrant colors presented on the plate that bring joy to the eyes and the palate.
Thus, cooking classes begin with different approaches and philosophies, themed evenings, the first open events for agricultural street food. In this search lasting more than three years, the meeting with Silvio: a promising young chef with a curriculum that includes experiences all over Italy, including starred ones, and a two-year stint in England, which contaminates his cooking with flavors, colors, and tastes reminiscent of the multiculturalism typical of Great Britain. Silvio becomes passionate about the project and approaches it in the summer of 2018; from that moment on, he begins a closer, genuine, and targeted collaboration to realize the opening project.
From October onwards, “Al Quindici” hosts dinners and events that mark important parts of a person's life: such as the first birthday, a baptism, some surprise parties, Christmas dinners, and also corporate dinners and private events. A few more events before March 30 will be privately hosted by “Al Quindici” before opening on reservation to everyone, with themed evenings dedicated to naturalness and seasonality, featuring special events for customers who want to bring their guests to taste a cuisine of genuine and healthy flavors.
The goal? To bring to the table genuine yet fresh flavors; that nod to tradition without being cliché; and with a special focus on the peculiarities of the raw materials, all processed in the hills of Agri Lux or selected from trusted organic producers.
The choice of the name is based on the meaning of the number 15, which, besides being our house number, is a representative number for us, as it comes from the combination of 1 and 5, which signify novelty, the desire to take risks, and initiative. We add our unconditional love for cooking made with products that do good and that evoke emotions.
