The current parish church of Susegana, dedicated to the Visitation, was built together with the bell tower in the 15th century by the interest of the Collalto lords. It was then recovered and restored following the damage suffered in the First World War.
The most important work preserved in the church of Susegana is the altarpiece depicting the Sacred conversation with the Madonna and Child enthroned and the saints John the Baptist, Catherine of Alexandria, the prophet Daniel and Peter, painted by Giovanni Antonio de 'Sacchis, called Il Pordenone in 1516. On the wall of the left aisle, moreover, there are remains of fifteenth-century frescoes, rediscovered during the restorations begun in 1984.
