Museo dell'Uomo

The Museum of Man is an ethnographic museum located in the hills of Susegana with a splendid view of the Prosecco doc vineyards. Its purpose is to preserve and keep alive the memory and knowledge of the objects of rural life of the Venetian people.
A first part of the museum is located in a farmhouse, the original rooms of which have been reconstructed, inside which it is possible to appreciate the handcrafted works, with period tools and household objects, accompanied by explanatory tables. They were recovered and saved from abandonment and destruction, to be included in the prestigious Cosulich collection as an important cultural document of the past.
In the second part of the museum, on the other hand, there are the first artisan shops and pre-industrial mechanisms, which are now outdated due to the industrial transformation and the disappearance of crafts.
