A passion for good pizza and genuine cuisine that dates back to 1967, the year the Giuliani family took their first steps in the pizzeria "Er Romano" in Lonigo. During this time, Luciano learned from his father the techniques of dough that he still offers today with love and dedication to his craft. A few years later, the Giuliani family embarked on a new experience by opening the pizzeria Cristina in Montebello Vicentino. A well-known venue with 500 seats, it welcomed customers from all surrounding towns. The traditional pizza with a highly appreciated dough and traditional cuisine made this pizzeria a landmark for many customers who still remember it with great affection. In the following years, Gianni and Luciano continued in the restaurant business, launching and managing several establishments in the area between Vicenza and Verona. In June 2018, the Giuliani family came together for a new ambitious project: the opening of the pizzeria The Giuliani's Brothers in the center of Sarego. The desire to get back into the game is combined with a drive for continuous improvement. The pursuit of quality is expressed in the dough with a long 72 hours of leavening and through the use of stone-ground flours made from 100% organic Italian wheat. The kitchen also serves excellent bruschettas, prepared with ciabatta bread produced by a local bakery. The selection of craft beers is the perfect pairing for a flavorful dinner. For those seeking new sensations, the menu offers first and second courses prepared with selected raw materials paired with excellent wines. The kitchen is also open for quick and tasty lunch breaks. The venue features a summer garden, parking spaces in front, and is located on the main road in the center of Sarego.
