The Museum was established by a group of citizens and aims to promote the understanding of rural civilization through the collection and preservation of objects and testimonies that were an integral part of life in our recent past. To date, the museum holds about 300 items, all from spontaneous donations by the community. The purpose of the museum is to make known the culture and traditions of rural life through the visual memory of the countless material testimonies present within it. It organizes guided tours, especially for school groups, thanks to some volunteers who will share the customs of the time, explaining in detail the uses and traditions.
The museum is open: during the days of the San Lorenzo festival or by appointment arranged by phone. Admission is completely free.
