In the eighteenth-century building of Villa Regazzetti in Mirano, tradition, history and culture come together to reflect the Venetian hinterland so extraordinarily rich in tastes and flavors.
Good cooking begins with raw materials: the menu changes with the seasons and the cuisine reflects the love for nature and for the territory. The raw materials are supplied by local companies, strictly fresh vegetables and, for the pizzas, stone-ground flour.
There is a wide choice of craft beers and draft beers and, to accompany the dishes on the menu, an accurate wine list, in which organic wines and prosecco without added sulphites stand out.
