In the courtyard now stand out the four circular antiaircraft emplacements from World War II.
At the end of Via Citolo da Perugia we visit the Shrine, built in 1925 at the foot of the large cylindrical aqueduct reservoir. Here there is a permanent exhibition on the Austro-Hungarian bombardment of November 11, 1916, which hit the shelter carved out inside the Gatta keep causing 93 civilian casualties. The Sacellum is also one of the stations of Mura Vive, the multimedia storytelling museum that with the help of technology and the magic of images brings the history of the place to life. The walk ends in Viale Codalunga where it is possible to experience an augmented reality tour of the gate that has not existed since 1925.
