A Banda del Buso

In the same street, in the heart of the ancient ghetto of Padua, you will find two taverns: one centered on dishes from the land and the other dedicated exclusively to seafood; in both we mainly serve typical Venetian dishes, interpreting traditional recipes, also revisited according to the inspiration of the chefs, as well as some excursus outside the region.
We follow the seasonality of the products and the availability of fresh products on the market: according to this philosophy, the menu is not too broad, but constantly changing.
We seek the best balance between quality and price, focusing more on the quality of the raw material than on the "frills" of the plate, also to respect the rustic style that has always distinguished the taverns of the past that we are inspired by.
We have chosen to distinguish ourselves with regard to beverage: an extensive wine list, almost all of which are also available in bulk but strictly from the bottle. And to close the meal, many excellent spirits.
