In the local dialect “Canevel” means small cellar, where the best wines, secrets, and traditions are kept.
Founded in 1979 in the heart of the historic Prosecco Docg area, the company has always focused on the entire production chain, from the selection and care of the vineyards to winemaking and sparkling wine production.
The tour of the estate begins with the vineyards that surround it and reaches the belvedere from which one can admire the splendid landscape of Valdobbiadene and Cartizze. Then we proceed to the production facility where the methods for producing Canevel wines and the bottling and packaging stages are explained. The experience is completed by a tasting of a selection of sparkling wines that are strongly representative, with unique notes of freshness and fragrance available in the new retail area.
