Orazio 1957 is the fruit of a long journey begun in 1957 by Simone's grandparents: Horace and Maria. From here began a culinary dream in which conviviality and hospitality have distinguished the three generations. Today it is the place of evocative tradition, careful experimentation and warm sharing.

Orazio is a company made up of people, beautiful energies and soft skills that makes it a place of serenity and professionalism at high levels. Enhancing and promoting salt cod and typical Venetian cuisine is our mission.
Researching ancient recipes and combining them with innovative techniques to create a balanced combination of past and present is our way. Deepening the experience of the territory and its intrinsic values through our cuisine is our intent.
Giving voice to the origins, the quality of products, and the wisdom of local producers through our "cooking" is our strongest desire. We love our land and we love to share it with others.
Interacting with each other becomes of paramount importance to initiate a communication rich in culinary and experiential content of the good food and excellent wine of the Veneto Region.
