The name of the new venue Gallileo is linked to the specialty of the cuisine, the grilled chicken, but also to Galileo Galilei, the inventor of the telescope, a character that attracts the curiosity of children thanks to his amazing inventions and discoveries. Gallileo aims to be a place for both adults and children, families with kids and young people, where they can eat, play, and have fun.
The Gallileo brewery is located in a corner of preserved Venetian countryside, shielded from urbanization and cementing, surrounded by a large garden and a 250 square meter playground where children can play freely. It features a large summer arena, active all year round, where shows, concerts, and parties are held.
The venue is welcoming and informal, very spacious, suitable for large groups, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate dinners, and weddings. After dinner, it offers football matches on Sky, concerts, DJ sets, animation, and themed events.
The specialty of Gallileo is naturally the grilled chicken, prepared fresh in either the classic or slightly spicy version, and served with a side of fries and toasted bread. It’s a dish that immediately brings joy, ideal for a family dinner, with kids, or with friends. Besides being tasty, the chicken is also light, healthy, and balanced: it's high-quality white meat, always fresh, with very little fat. And the best part is that you can eat it with your hands.
Another highlight of the Gallileo brewery is the meter-long pizza, available in an infinite range of ingredient combinations and flavors, from classic versions to more imaginative ones. Cooked by expert Italian pizzaioli, it comes in a one-meter length (for 5 or more people) or half a meter (for two or three people).
In the preparation of the dishes, genuine and zero-kilometer products are used: locally grown vegetables, cheeses aged in the alpine pastures of Cansiglio, wines from the adjacent Villa Marcello del Majno winery, and Theresianer beers produced in Nervesa della Battaglia.
For a quick snack at Gallileo, you'll also find all the tempting typical brewery offerings: snacks, hamburgers, sandwiches, toast, fries, and special beers. For the little ones, we have thought of a special kids' menu with portions and ingredients more suitable for them: easy, healthy, and inviting.
While waiting for the dishes to arrive at the table, you can also enjoy as many peanuts (the bagigi) as you want and throw the shells on the floor without any worries.
