Born from the renovation of an old farmhouse converted into a stable, the Osteria has expanded and evolved step by step through the will and commitment of the three partners – Gianni, Iliana, and Remo – who believed in the beauty of the environment and the flavors of the territory.
The distinctive sign of the Parco Ristorante Le Calandrine is the coat of arms inherited from the counts of the Papadopoli family, originally from Corfu and later living in Venice, which inspired the very name of the venue. The "calandra" is indeed the representative bird of the Grave of Papadopoli, where it has found its ideal habitat.
It is the cuisine that is the real jewel of the Parco Ristorante Le Calandrine, with its particularly rich menu linked to local specialties, marking the seasonality of the products.
