The Museum is organized into various and numerous spaces, of which the two most important are:
Naturalistic section: Earth Sciences (5 rooms); Life Sciences (6 rooms)
Archaeological section: Prehistory, Protohistory, and Ancient Veneti (2 rooms); Roman Age (2 rooms)
The archaeological and naturalistic paths occupy a permanent exhibition space within the Barchessa, while the temporary exhibition space is located in Villa, usually used for conferences and extraordinary exhibitions, such as the current “Agenda Sapiens Space.”
In the complex, there is also a documentation center, some classrooms used as educational laboratories, storage areas for materials (both archaeological and naturalistic), and finally, an astronomical observatory located in the garden.
